Intuitively, an organization can strive to be stable i.e. resilient, reliable, and efficient OR Agile i.e. fast, nimble, and adaptive. However, in order to survive and thrive in today’s competitive and constantly changing world, it needs to be both. With conflicting needs related to governance structures, processes, people and culture, is it even possible?
