Traditional, centralized IT operating model is not adaptable or agile enough to support staying competitive in this continuously evolving digital marketplace. How can we reorganize IT, so it integrates directly into the business while remaining centralized where appropriate to maintain benefits from the scale? What should we change in investments, architecture, governance, and talent to bring IT out of the back office?
